How we stay neutral and how we make money

Our copier comparisons are based on specs and facts, never on payments. No manufacturer can pay to be rated higher, labeled "best," or ranked above another. We do not care which copier you choose or which dealer you buy from.

To keep the site free, dealers can sponsor their listing in the dealer finder for added visibility. Sponsored listings are always clearly labeled, and sponsorship never changes a copier's specs, comparisons, or ratings, and never changes the facts we show about any device. We simply give sponsoring dealers more visibility, clearly marked, so you can decide for yourself.

How comparisons work

We apply consistent criteria across every brand and present strengths and tradeoffs without editorializing about which brand is superior. You choose which devices to compare; we show the specs side by side and stay out of the way.
